Capable of loading and deploying up to 26 Darts, balls or variation
The Carrier can be loaded with 4” or 5” Darts including a combination and packer balls if required.
Carrier includes individual slots to secure each Dart in storage, Darts are color coded and numbered that are fully visible.
Each individual Dart is fully encased and fully protected from the elements.
The encased Dart is in a protective thermal interior that shields/limits the outside sub temperatures and prevents moisture issues.
DEPLOYMENT
The carrier is computer-controlled, automatically and precisely aligning a selected dart with the wellbore, while showing the darts positioning in real-time.
System features a triple method of confirming the Dart has travelled to the load chamber destination.
The Carrier Drive incorporates a sensor readout in percentages confirms the drive revolutions that the Carrier has travelled to the desired drop spot.
A large Spring Loaded locking pin is auto activated at the exact alignment with the Wellbore fully securing the Carrier. In addition, a timer is set that alerts when the predetermined seconds to travel is completed.
As the Dart drops, deployment is confirmed by viewing the Dart drop out of the fully visible translucent tube.
The empty tubes continue to the receiving track which are fully visible for further confirmation.
RELOADING
Reloading requires mere minutes; the Dart protective tubes remain in position and only the caps are removed
